Please read our policy carefully regarding refunds.

Digital Goods

Due to the inherent nature of digital goods, which are delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds for any digital products. Please ensure that you have carefully reviewed the product description and system requirements before making your purchase. If you have any pre-sales questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Consultation Services

We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice: You will be eligible for a full refund or the option to reschedule your consultation.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice: We reserve the right to retain the consultation fee.
Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice (no-show): The consultation fee will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.

How to Request a Reschedule:
To request a reschedule for your consultation, please contact us as soon as possible. Please include your name, the original consultation date and time, and your preferred new date and time. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. Alternatively, you can reschedule your appointment directly through Calendly.

Intellectual Property

All digital products offered for sale on this website are the sole and exclusive intellectual property of Eric Lenz – Visual Storytelling.

Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased products for your own personal and commercial projects. You are strictly prohibited from redistributing, reselling, sharing, lending, leasing, or otherwise transferring the purchased digital products to any third party, whether for free or for compensation. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Payment and Fulfillment

Digital goods will be delivered via direct download from your user account. A user account is necessary.

Payments are handled by Stripe and PayPal. Their privacy policies apply. Please check my privacy policy for more information. You are responsible for accurate and up-to-date payment information and billing information.

Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

The store currency is Euro (€). Currency conversion may be handled by the aforementioned payment providers or your bank. Additional fees may apply.

All prices may be subject to change.

Warranty and Limitation of Liability

  • All digital goods are sold as “As Is” without any warranty
  • I do not guarantee any particular results
  • You are using the digital goods at your own risk. I’m not liable for any damages caused by my products or services unless I have acted in a grossly negligent way
